The sauna session duration is two hours. To ensure you get full advantage of your treatment please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to sign in and change.
PLEASE PLAN TO ARRIVE 15 MINUTES BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME
To ensure the best operation flow and switching of clients between two time slots, we kindly ask our clients to arrive 15 minutes before their sauna session start time. These 15 minutes before the start of the session are devoted to filling out the quick medical forms, putting on the bathing suits, and receiving a brief tour around the spa. These initial 15 minutes of the arriving group are also the last 15 minutes of the sauna session that is currently in progress. Once the clients starting their sauna session are changed and upstairs in the spa, we send the clients from the previous session downstairs to change in the changing rooms. Our spa’s capacity for an open session is 6-7 people, which means about 2-3 small separate groups. Our change rooms are small, and depending on the situation there might be two small individual groups sharing the same change room. So, we kindly ask our clients to be mindful of their time in the change room to ensure the smoothest transition between two sauna session time slots, by avoiding overlap between groups from two different sessions. This also allows for the best possible privacy for the individual groups. In the case of private sauna sessions, clients can take turns showering without feeling rushed by other groups. This system has been working for us most of the time, but we appreciate the client's cooperation with us by arriving 15 minutes early to avoid any complications.

To make a sauna session reservation please fill out the form below including your telephone number and we will contact you as soon as possible. Alternatively, you can call us or text us at 403.903.5821 with your request. We typically respond faster to text messages than emails, especially during our busy evening and weekend times.
Please note our “midweek special” sauna sessions are fully booked until May 2024. Our weekend sessions are typically booked up 2-3 weeks in advance. We suggest adding your telephone number to our cancellation list. If a cancelation occurs we contact the clients on the cancelation list before we post a last-minute opening on our social media.

PRICING
Unless your appointment is booked as a private sauna session you will be sharing the spa area with other clients, however, there is never a need to share the same sauna room with a stranger.
The following is the pricing for the non-private sauna sessions:

Group (2-3 people) $78/person
Group (4-5 people) $73/person
10 Visit Pass $670
Midweek Special* $55 6pm-8pm (Tu-Th)
* $55 “Midweek Special” rate only applies to the evening 6 pm- 8 pm sessions Tuesday - Thursday.
“Midweek Special” Typically 6-9 clients are booked during these 2-hour sauna sessions, which means 3-4 small groups.
* PLEASE NOTE: Prices on our website and within our spa brochure do not include taxes. All prices are subject to GST. Prices may change without notice. Discounts and promotions cannot be combined and may be subject to blackout periods. Gift Vouchers may be purchased for a dollar amount. Gift Vouchers are strictly non-refundable and we are unable to offer cash refunds on the Gift Voucher balances.
Spa Policies
Reservations and Cancellations
We recommend booking your spa experience in advance, in order to guarantee your preferred treatment time.
We hope you do not need to cancel, but if you must, we require 24 hours (48 hours for the private sessions) notice prior to your appointment. Should you need to cancel your appointment before the cancellation policy deadline, no payment will be required. Regular sauna cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged $40 for each person on your reservation. Private sauna cancellations with less than the required notice or no-shows will be charged 50% of the full reservation price.
