Our spa has 5 different sauna rooms, Kneipp Hydrotherapy, and 3 relaxation areas. We operate by appointment only, this allows us to run the saunas efficiently, and also prevents us from overbooking the facility. Depending on the size of the groups we schedule our guests in a way where there is no need to share the same sauna room with a stranger. Some rooms are designed to accommodate 3 people and some 5 people. We typically schedule up to 8 people on our Midweek Special evenings. Outside those hours, on average there are 4-6 guests and almost always less than 8 people during all non-private sauna sessions to ensure the privacy of our guests. When a group of six or more make a reservation their sauna session automatically becomes a private one. 

2-hour all saunas access

The sauna appointment is two hours long and during the session, clients are free to move throughout the entire sauna, steam rooms, and relaxation areas as desired.    Unless your appointment is booked as a private sauna session you will be sharing the spa area with other clients,  however, there is never a need to share the same sauna room with a stranger.

*Please note 1-person sauna session is a 75-minute treatment (60-minute sauna time finished by a 15-minute relaxation time)

* “Midweek Special Nights” Typically 6-9 clients are booked for the "Midweek Special" sessions, which means 3-4 small groups.
